I'm a little pessimistic about what our turnout will be. Next year will probably be a lot better.
In my own outpost, we have TWO Ranger Kids, ONE Discovery Ranger, NO Adventure Rangers and NO Expedition Rangers who meet the minimum qualifications for the section level.
Of course, we will name a local outpost ROTY at each level, but we took the leader's guide at it's word and chose other merits instead of the merits listed for each quarter. Now it seems that the testing is going to be asking questions from the merits listed in the Leader's Guides... If that's the case, is there any point in sending our boys to the testing???
