We have less than 10 days before the evaluation.  I have about 28 said they would be there for the testing.  You are right in the ammount of preparation it takes to be ready.  It's a bunch.  But in time it will work out.    By next year I hope to have a self runnable ROTY program that will make this testing tallying\certificate printing easier.
