Hi Guys Ranger of the Year is upon us.
I got the opportunity to develope a ROTY Event Computer Program that runs on
Windows XP and it has been real handy in getting this event ready to go.
Features:
1. Staff Sheet with quick pick lists. No that you have each evaluation station
covered. (this changes each years to match whats comming up next)
2. ROTY Coordinator Screen with lock. Setups up all evaluation names and
location to customize the event for your event.
3. Certificate Printing. Takes GPH ROTY certificates and prints out a nice
certificate with the push of one button...it figures out who got Excellent or
Outstanding for all
age groups.
4. Name Tags Uses Avery Standard 1 x 2 3/4 labels to print off a name tag for
the boys so you know the boys name when he walks into the room and for roll
call.
5. 2 videos that walk you through the whole process of registration and running
the event. One is for the outpost commander and one is for the ROTY
Coordinator.
6. The ability to import and export records makes this program useable by other
data programs.
7. Registration sheets that look like nationals Section Registration Sheets
with the ability to place a 'x' in the box to select what the boys wished to be
evaluated on.
8 Tally sheets that have built in help flags so you won't be making mistakes
putting a score in the wrong field.
9. Summary sheets that print off for all the boys being evaluated with a 'x' in
the evaluation station they are to visit. Push one button it prints off all
summary sheets.
10. Each Evaluation Station receives a list of the boys that will be going to
that station. All with the push of one button.
