Still do not like it. So I guess if I go to congress and have a work shirt
on I cannot attend? I can see if someone is making a scene, then yes remove
them. But, for a politically incorrect t-shirt, get real....

It's not a law. It's a Congressional rule. The Constitution gives Congress a
lot of leeway in how they run things. Personally, I like it, as protesting
(or merely making any sort of political statement) gets in the way of the
business of Congress. Kinda like PETA picketing in a McDonald's about
selling meat products. And then they wonder why they're tossed out (just
like Sheehan! How quaint...). Good call by the Capitol Police.
