Leaders of various outpost: Looking to set up some procedures for the outpost and thought I would get some input from the pros. Could you please tell me who signs off on the merits that the rangers achieve. Is the rangers given some type of evaluation to make sure that the merit was completed? If so, by whom? Also, if you have some procedures and policies that you are currently using and find them useful and would be willing to share, I am all ears.
