It is perfectly fine for you to post requirements such as this to this
list, in fact we welcome it.

It's even better that you have put details of your requirements in
this request since that helps the devs understand what needs are out
there. I hope you will be able to allow your chosen contractor to
contribute their code back to the project.

You might also want to [email protected] this list is read by many
people who can do contract work and are (generally) familiar with the
Apache way of doing things. Many won't be Rave developers, but they
will know their way around the tech used here.
