Resolution: Fixed
I may have done mistake while creating the project. I created a new project as
instructions and now its able to redeploy the JSPs and JS. I did not test
classes. I undertand sometime for classes i need to restart. I am using Build >
Build Artifacts Thanks to Marijan for helping me on this.
