For those who don't get it - let me clarify what I'm saying.
EFF's newsletter is free speech and is sent only to subscribers. Razor has miscategorized it as spam and as a result of that miscatagorization the newsletter failed to reach the normal inbox of users who legitimately wanted to recieve this information.
There are some of you out there who have some theories as to how this miscategorization might have happened - but the bottom line is - you are only guessing and probably guessing wrong. The real answer is that you don't know why it was miscategorized - or even for that matter - if it were correctly categorized - you don't know why it was correctly categorized.
So - since Razor is interfereing with the delivery of our free speech newsletter - and can not show why this is happening - it's now razors fault.
Now - if Razor can say - you were flagged as spam because of (reason) and here's the records that show exactly how and why this happened - you win. But if the reason is "I dunno" then it's Razor's fault for not knowing.
Razor is interfering with the free speech rights of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the rights of 30,000 subscribers. I therefore formally request that Razor show EFF how and why this occurred. If you can not show EFF what caused EFF's newsletter to be flagged as spam - then the fault is with Razor and the spam flagging is irresponsible. I am not interested in guesses and theories as to what "might" have been the reason. I want to see the reason actually is.
So - can Razor show me or not?

Well. I'm certainly going off the EFF if you'reworking for them and this is an example of the EFF's opinion. A pity, I thought they were doing some good work for things like Decss.
I think people have been quite clear explaining about this. Razor has recieved a report from a user saying "hey this guy spammed me". So they tell everyone else that this message has been reported as spam. Now razor isn't sitting there erasing the bits you send over the wire...
They are exercising THEIR right to free speech to let everyone now that someone considers YOUR EMAIL AS SPAM!
Fix you list so you aren't spamming anyone and your problem will go away.
