This ISN'T a flaw of Razor - it is a flaw of the sysadmin or user that accepts without question that what has been reported as spam really IS spam. > There are some of you out there who have some theories as to how this > miscategorization might have happened - but the bottom line is - you are > only guessing and probably guessing wrong. How or why EFF was listed is IRRELEVENT! > So - since Razor is interfereing with the delivery of our free speech > newsletter - and can not show why this is happening - it's now razors fault. No. It is the end user, or sysadmins fault for accepting razor report as being gospel. It was NEVER intended that way, and it DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY. The sysadmin (or user) has to 1. First initiate a razor check. 2. As a RESULT of that check they can then decide to deliver, drop, reject, or whatever. RAZOR ITSELF HAs NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. > Now - if Razor can say - you were flagged as spam because of (reason) > and here's the records that show exactly how and why this happened - you > win. But if the reason is "I dunno" then it's Razor's fault for not knowing. But I, and many others DONT CARE WHY IT WAS FLAGGED. Razor simply ALERTS US that it HAS BEEN FLAGGED. > Razor is interfering with the free speech rights NO IT ISN'T. > of the Electronic > Frontier Foundation and the rights of 30,000 subscribers. I therefore > formally request that Razor show EFF how and why this occurred. Irrelevent. If Razor isn't reaching its readers then you (or they) should contact the sysdamin that is preventing the delivery. Razor itself doesn't prevent the delivery in any way shape or form. > If you > can not show EFF what caused EFF's newsletter to be flagged as spam - > then the fault is with Razor and the spam flagging is irresponsible. I > am not interested in guesses and theories as to what "might" have been > the reason. I want to see the reason actually is. > > So - can Razor show me or not? WE DON'T CARE why EFF is razor flagged. We simply accept that SOMEONE has considered it as spam, and we can make our own desicion on what to do with it, whether it be to block it, reject it, or perhaps even WHITELIST it!! End of story.
