Bloody annoying.  One thing I notice too is that within /usr/lib/perl5 there
is a site_perl directory and an i386-blah-blah directory. 

These two directories have different versions of components!  For example,
my site_perl sub-directory has Time::HiRes 1.51, while my i386-linux
sub-directory has 1.20.

Is this a clue to problems?

Oh yes.  And --register.

razor-report works fine from the command line and in procmail scripts.  In
fact, I'm tempted to just disable it in S-A, and do a manual lookup with
razor.  I'm willing to boot emails that are registered in razor as spams.
