Registered users are active credentials used to report/revoke. This
is what we use to track reputation and trust.

No, that is the same meaning.

There are a multitude of issues to consider around poor detection
rates, and to cover them all in detail really would require an
extensive, whitepaper-like effort. I'll try to summarize a few
important ones here:

 1. SpamNet is a social democracy, and works best for the average
    (majority) user.
<snip>

2. SpamNet and all clients that interact with it support multiple signature schemes. This should be readily apparent to anyone that looks at a razor2-agents log or packet sniffs the traffic.

<snip>

There are several other important points to consider, but I think this is a decent start. Perhaps Vipul and/or others would like to share their thoughts on this thread.

Sounds like SpamNet is significantly more advanced than the GPLed razor modules. At least in the hashes. But I can't imagine that my spam is significantly different from everyone elses. After all, it's all about Pharmacies, Porn, Morgages, and Body Enhancements. Sometimes all at once! ;)

This post, and one I posted earlier (albeit unanswered) begs the question of if I am able to successfully complete all my razor-report submittals.

Is it reasonable to conclude that the razor2-agent system will probably not prove itself as effective as the SpamNet environment?
