Hello John,
Are you able to launch the help from the Database
Explorer menus, such as Database Explorer >
Databases > Help, which launches the help for the Database Explorer module?
There are also help buttons within the Form
Designer's Property Editors for each control, and
elsewhere throughout menus and dialog boxes.
It would also be a good test to try and launch
the R:BASE help from the C:\ drive, to see if there is a difference.

Razzak.

Hi Razzak,
I removed the two fonts in that folder and
re-booted my laptop but still no luck with the
first three items on the Help menu. The tutorial
works though. Is there any difference in the
'mechanism' for running the help files ? (The
chm files are exactly the same as the ones on the laptop where Help does work.)
Thank you.

Hi Razzak,
Thanks for your reply. RBase is on the D drive.
(I have a C & D on this laptop.)
I did install a new font a while ago so I will
try that later. (Just off out now - already
late....)Â I will let you know if that solves the issue.Â
Thanks for your help.

Hello John,
Is the R:BASE installation on the local C:\ drive, a secondary drive,
or perhaps a network shared drive?
Do you have custom fonts installed on the computer? Navigate to the
"C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts\" location
and remove any custom fonts loaded in the folder.
