Here is what I do, If memory serves me Sami helped me alot on this one.
1. On the Desktop shortcut, right-click and then left-click on the
properties menu.
2. Click on the Misc tab and remover the check for Allow Screen Saver
3. Click on the Screen tab and choose Window to start up RBase at first
4. Click Apply - and OK to save settings, now Double-click shortcut to
start RBase in a Window.
5. Once Rbase is up, left or right click on the C:\ Icon in the top left corner
6. Go to the Options tab and in the Display Options frame click the Full Screen
option
7. You will get prompted by an Apply Properties dialog. Click the Save
properties for future windows with same title option and then OK.
8. This will bring you to a full screen. Immediatly exit RBase and then
right-click on the desktop Icon and choose properties.
9. Go to the Screen tab and then click Full-Screen under the Usage frame, and
OK.
This should have it. -- Give it a try

I didn't know about the alt/enter key to toggle between small/full screen
size.
I changed the width, and height setting to 80/25 as you recommended, but it
didn't change anything. Maybe its because I have such a small screen at
home (14 in) for my test purposes.
I'll play tomorrow. Possibly I could get a playback file to do 'alt/enter'
at the startup of the app file.

Dear Jim;
In Windows 2000/NT/XP, you will use the [ALT]+[ENTER] keys to toggle between
full screen and window mode.
To make the full screen mode utilize all of the available screen, you will
need to
experiment with the following settings:
1) Start RBDOS in the window mode
2) Click on the C:\ icon in the upper left hand corner of the caption bar
3) Click on the Defaults option and then the Layout tab
In the Layout panel, you will see options for Screen Buffer Size and Window
Size.
On most of my systems, a Width setting of 80 and a Height setting of 25 for
both
the Screen Buffer Size and Window Size makes them work properly. However,
this
is dependent on your screen resolution and other video settings.
You will also need to do the exact same for the Properties option when you
click
the C:\ icon.
