I'll tell you waht to do because we just did it. I have two clients who fit
exactly what you're talking about.

This weekend, not only did Razzak run a great class, but at my request he
did a free AM presentation on R:Base 7.0 for a small group of my clients,
including the two above.  They have listened to me talk about the advantages
of Windows RB for a year or two and keep passing: after two hours with
Razzak, BOTH the NEXT DAY CALLED ME - didn't wait for me to call them - to
place orders to upgrade immediately to R:Base 6.5++ for Windows as an
intermediary step to go to WIndows 7.0.

So what can you do? Bring Razzak in for one morning but be prepared to
handle the avalanche of new work!!
