I agree, I've seen this effect as well. Mine is definitely a single table
form and the only way to resolve it is, as you say, to close and re-open the
form. It is rare, in my case at least, and I cannot make it happen so I
can't report it as it's not possible to replicate it once - let alone
repeatedly - and 99.999% of the time there's no problem.
