Is there any way to take a snapshot of the database, memory, etc at the
moment it happens?  Once the button is greyed out, it stays that way
until you exit Rbase.  I guess I could just close the lid on the laptop
and send it in!

I don't think so Mike, I think rather it is possibly a tiny little bug
that 
we can't catch, either in my code (most likely) or ... It happens about 
once a week, on either machine that runs that application. It is any one
of 
the buttons that gets greyed out.  I have tried many times to replicate
it, 
but no luck yet. I am sure if I am ever able to reproduce it regularly,
It 
will be fixed immediately. But till then it isn't that big of a
nuisance.
