In our situation, throughout the course of the day, we'll have 4-5 people have to restart their computers 1-3 times. Every routine in our application does a zip return when it returns to the main menu. So what I mean is that in our situation, zip return doesn't work all the time. Why doesn't it work? I have no idea and really don't have the time to figure it out. Our consultant has notified RBTI as have many readers on this list and they just ignore the problem.
