Patrick, I was faced with the same problems of customers not accepting my "suggestions". So I finally sat down on my own and using their database made a demo to show them the difference. They ate it up and I got an order. My time wasn't wasted cause the time I spent on the demo is figured into the cost of the whole conversion. My gamble paid off. I then took this customers demo and showed it to another similar customer and got another order.
