These printer problems are a real pain to figure out
sometimes.

The printer is one of those combo printer, fax things,
I think they cause more problems than plain printers.

I really can't change the font very easy since I have
50 offices using the same program.

I will have them try your other suggestions.

I had different office all last week, their printer
had been working for over a year great, one day, it
starts printing the first claim 1 line off but the
2nd, 3rd... were OK. I had them try a printer from
home and it worked OK. I just told them to switch
printers.

But why does this happen? It is sad when they look to
me for answere and I have none.

I would love to know if MediSoft or other medical
programs have this problem.

Thanks
Marc
