"Menu Black on Gray" is a command that controlled the color on DOS-based menuing systems, it used to be part of the normal RBase.cfg file. You get an error when newer Windows versions try to run this statement. Take a look at your RBEngine76.cfg file and erase all the MENU <color> commands. Any chance a brand new .cfg file was created that has these statements, or you now have a couple of them on your system?
