Here's how:
01. Search your entire workstation for RBENGINE76.CFG file(s)
02. Once found, either rename or delete them appropriately
03. Start R:BASE 7.6 for Windows
04. Notice the smooth start up without an -ERROR-
05. Exit R:BASE 7.6 for Windows
06. Repeat Step 01
07. Now "move" that newly created RBENGINE76.CFG file into
C:\Windows folder
08. Start R:BASE 7.6 for Windows
That's all there is to it!
