I'm getting the hang of this.

I'm adding a mental button on my email that says "work 5 minutes more before

Are you trying to set the position of the _page_ footer?  The page footer 
_always_ prints at the bottom of the page (less the bottom margin of the 
report, of course).  The "Offset" and "Print Position" fields will be greyed 
out.

A _regular_ break footer should have the two fields you need for positioning 
activated.
