You may have to check online to see how to turn these "legacy" options on. I think they are disabled by default to protect the "know nothings" from themselves. Never works in my experience!!!! The know nothings will always find new ways to hurt themselves and complain that they can't hurt themselves the old ways anymore.

Karen Hi Karen, I use Office 2007 and there are still a full range of save as options....including older Excel versions, XML, text, csv, Unicode, and SYLK for both Windows and DOS. These options are found under the office button-save as-other formts. Tom
