Karen,

I can confirm that save as.. does NOT include an option for "DBF" the save as 
option for "XLS" are 97-2003 workbook or Excel 5.0 or 95 workbook.  It looks 
like 4.0 is no longer an option.
Is there anything in your excel output that would preclude using on of the 
excel formats listed above.

You will have to explore to find a replacement for "DBF" format. Perhaps you 
can export as a "CSV" or maybe as an ACCESS compatible file.

Hi Karen, I use Office 2007 and there are still a full range of save as 
options….including older Excel versions, XML, text, csv, Unicode, and SYLK for 
both Windows and DOS. These options are found under the office button—save 
as—other formts.
