Same great results with "RBG90_DBSlider" it seems to be fine? Maybe I am not looking at it correctly but I see a slider bar.

Using all the latest versions of 7.6, V8 & eXtreme 9.0 I opened the latest RRBYW... per version and modified the Customer Contact form (I just lengthened it as much as I could) and I got the following results. 7.6 - I could create a form only about 1/4" larger (taller) than the screen & there was no scroll bar V8 - Same results as 7.6 with no scroll bar eXtreme 9.0 - Couldn't create a form larger than would display on the screen. As Mike said, if you can replicate this problem and I would try it in one of the RRBYW... databases first, submit it to RBTI. As I'm sure you know, their response is swift and friendly. Be certain it is Replicable first and that it is not hardware specific (Video Card, etc) before a submission. That is the proper venue for this issue. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: "RBASE-L Mailing List" <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, December 21, 2009 1:25 PM Subject: [RBASE-L] - Re: R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 > Rachael,Mikeb and Joan, > Thank you for the response. > Sometimes visual requirements need > a screen larger than the computer window. > I developed it in V8, works great. > Boris transferred it to 9.0. > The slider is visible in the designer > but not during run. > Boyd > > > > > ---- Joan Peterson <[email protected]> wrote: >> It may be something as simple as checking the display size in the >> control panel of windows. >> Joan P >> >> [email protected] wrote: >> > I guess nobody in the world is having the same problem. >> > Boyd >> > >> > >> > ---- [email protected] wrote: >> > >> >> We just downloaded the 9.0 updates. >> >> We had hoped the forms would be fixed. >> >> Sometimes we can see through the beveled edge of a box. >> >> But we cann't even use 9.0 because there is no slider on the form >> >> Most of our forms are larger than the computer screen. >> >> We can't use most forms. We haven't been able to evaluate anything >> >> else. >> >> Boyd >> >> >> >> >> >> >> > >> > >> > >> > > >
