or create a dynamic form to grow for bigger screens. I have forms that resize themselves from a little 15" monitor form to a huge wide screen for those that have one and everything in between.

That does make a good reason to have a 2 part form.
I just wanted to keep the visual appearance of the long form,
for a quick view of all the information needed.
