We think that an operating system might be a big difference. The consultant on this project claims that when he goes in with citrix on a windows 7 everything works okay, but the client says the pause/dialog boxes split the screens for him. We're waiting to hear from him what operating system he has (obviously it's the same or older). Or perhaps there's an OS setting to govern how 2 monitors work? I don't know ...
