Its not obvious but there is a startup option /span that you use from the command line, or change your shortcut. "mstsc /sapan". It makes it easier for multiple monitors but I dont think it will change the moving dialog boxes. There is also a newer remote desktop client that has a newer multimon setting, but have not tried it yet. Remote Desktop Connection 7.0, a free MS download.
