When the database is running slow, does the task manager show high
cpu and if so what is the process? What network consumption does the
task manager show at that time?
I agree that any anti virus programs need to have *.rbx files
accepted. I believe reporting back what process is taking CPU time
will help clear up the question, or at least point to where the issue
is.
