I have 139900 rows in the table. When was the last time the disk drives were defragmented. Reloading the database will not be effective if the files are fragmented on the hard drive. What network consumption does the task manager show at that time? I agree that any anti virus programs need to have *.rbx files accepted. I believe reporting back what process is taking CPU time will help clear up the question, or at least point to where the issue is.
