This is definitely not and RBASE problem. Have you tried googleing to see if you can find a solution? Try: server print cue stalls while admin account active

I just started working with him, so give me some time. In the mean time, they are printing from Windows XP workstations to Windows Server 2003. The prints started sitting in the print queue if the admin account on the server is logged in. When I logoff, all the jobs come out. What am I missing? Thanks in advance, Paul Buckley
