Dennis & Buddy,

Thank you both for your ideas & moral support. I did a lot of Google
searching and everything seemed to point to printer drivers. I found 1
article that said as old as the printer & driver were, they didn't play nice
in Win Server 2003. I used an Epson EX-80 emulator/driver and it seems to
be working fine. Who knew a 12 year old DOS Rbase program and a 10 year old
printer driver was going to be a problem ;'( (duh . I did)

I'm working on them to make the leap to 9.1.

Thanks again,

Paul

The first result from my google said something about checking for missing
printer definitions in the admin account.

The may be a cue pointing to a printer which is no defined in the accounts
you are having trouble with

I KNOW this is not an Rbase issue. That's why I labeled it off topic. I've
Googled many things, I'll try your suggestion. For a while it was printing
if I logged in under an account other than admin, but now that isn't
working.

Thanks,

Paul

This is definitely not and RBASE problem.

Have you tried googleing to see if you can find a solution?

Try:

server print cue stalls while admin account active

Buddy,

The reports/printouts are getting to the server print queue, it's just that
suddenly they won't print unless the admin account is logged out.

Paul

 Try this

  OUT PRI

    PRINT reportname...

  NEW

 OUT TERM

The only problem with this is it may give you an extra blank page.

I know, I know I NEED to get this client up to eXtreme 9.1. I just started
working with him, so give me some time. In the mean time, they are printing
from Windows XP workstations to Windows Server 2003. The prints started
sitting in the print queue if the admin account on the server is logged in.
When I logoff, all the jobs come out. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance,

Paul Buckley
