I KNOW this is not an Rbase issue. That's why I labeled it off topic. I've Googled many things, I'll try your suggestion. For a while it was printing if I logged in under an account other than admin, but now that isn't working.

I just started working with him, so give me some time. In the mean time, they are printing from Windows XP workstations to Windows Server 2003. The prints started sitting in the print queue if the admin account on the server is logged in. When I logoff, all the jobs come out. What am I missing? Thanks in advance, Paul Buckley
