I did a lot of Google searching and everything seemed to point to printer drivers. I found 1 article that said as old as the printer & driver were, they didn't play nice in Win Server 2003. I used an Epson EX-80 emulator/driver and it seems to be working fine. Who knew a 12 year old DOS Rbase program and a 10 year old printer driver was going to be a problem ;'( (duh ... I did) I'm working on them to make the leap to 9.1. The may be a cue pointing to a printer which is no defined in the accounts you are having trouble with ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Paul Buckley Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2010 11:57 AM To: RBASE-L Mailing List Subject: [RBASE-L] - RE: OT - Printing from Rbase DOS 4.5 I KNOW this is not an Rbase issue. That's why I labeled it off topic. I've Googled many things, I'll try your suggestion. For a while it was printing if I logged in under an account other than admin, but now that isn't working. Have you tried googleing to see if you can find a solution? Try: server print cue stalls while admin account active ________________________________ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Paul Buckley Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2010 10:52 AM To: RBASE-L Mailing List Subject: [RBASE-L] - RE: OT - Printing from Rbase DOS 4.5 Buddy, The reports/printouts are getting to the server print queue, it's just that suddenly they won't print unless the admin account is logged out. I just started working with him, so give me some time. In the mean time, they are printing from Windows XP workstations to Windows Server 2003. The prints started sitting in the print queue if the admin account on the server is logged in. When I logoff, all the jobs come out. What am I missing? Thanks in advance, Paul Buckley
