On that particular computer, find the Environment Variables for TEMP and TMP. Look under Control Panel User Accounts
It may look something like this %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp Make sure that location is consistent with your other machines and that the user has permissions to it and that virus scanning leaves it alone. Jan
