There are two ways to look at this particular issue: 

01. There are thousands of R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5) and higher users 
    out there from a single user version to a mid-size LAN and all 
    the way to 475+ users working on their mission critical 24x7x365 
    applications. 

    IF it was a product issue, RBTI would be there instantly to take 
    care of it, and you know it. 

02. MY PERSONAL lack of product knowledge and mistakes or any other
    hardware issue(s) SHALL NOT constitute a bug or criticism of ANY 
    software product I use. 

    It would be MY responsibility to take care of such issue(s), NOT 
    blaming the product. 

    Meanwhile, I ALWAYS ask for any help, comments or suggestions.
    And, there will be many who will share their experience on this 
    list!
