Bernie,

This is a drive mapping problem when he logs into the network.
He probably has not been added to a Novell group that he needs to be in to
get his drives mapped properly.

I would start by logging in as someone where everything works, go to an R>
prompt and type: R>ZIP MAP

Write down all of these drive mappings.

Now log in as the user that does not work and do the same thing. I bet
there is a relevent drive that is not mapped the same.

Depending on how the network is setup, these drive letters and paths are
mapped for the users when they log into the network. Most network admins
control the mappings by using groups. I bet he is not in a needed group.
