Hi David , the font sizes and types are left as windows standard on my pc , but as a tester i edited one of my reports on one of the other developers pc (which is a standard barebone pc , the only change he has on the pc is he installed rbase v6.5++ and all font sizes and types are std) When i went into the report and moved the date over to the middle of the page again , it was doing the same things as it was on my pc (font sizes increase , etc)
Cheers >From: "Dave" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Subject: Re: Problem encountered with Report Designer >Date: Fri, 8 Feb 2002 20:34:47 -0000 > >Dear James > >It may be totally unrelated, but have you made any changes to the Windows >display font size recently (Display Properties: Settings: Advanced: Display >Font Size)? > >In the past, I experienced similar problems with reports when I copied a >database created on a computer with fonts set to large to one where they >were set to small. > >It was only thanks to Razzak that I solved the problem by setting the font >size to a consistent large display. > >Regards David > >E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > >www.hy-tex.co.uk > >----- Original Message ----- >From: "JAMES BOWYER" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Sent: Friday, February 08, 2002 12:53 PM >Subject: Problem encountered with Report Designer > > > > > > i dont know if any one has come accross this before but i seem to be > > encountering problems with the report designer , ive changed settings on > > page so that the page is A4 size (im based in UK) .
