Mike,

In midst of upgrading 20 qty 95 & 98 workstations to W2k, and 5 or so have
experienced same shut down while within r:base, some even warm boot. Similar in
that only occurs while in r:base. In that its non repeatable, no seeming link to
cpu activity or memory usage (yes,  have run sys monitor equiv. in "performance"
tab), rather stumped here. So, no solutions yet, only commiseration. Echo your
plea for ANY insight!
