To set these environment variables in Windows 2000 you:

1. right-click "My Computer"
2. Click on Properties
3. Click on the Advanced Tab
4. Click on Environment Variables

You define the FILES and BUFFERS in the "System Variables" box by clicking
on new and defining them. Note that you must have administrative privileges
on your Windows 2000 system in order to be allowed to do this.

Hope that helps.

In addition, make sure that you set BUFFERS and FILES to 60. Even though
RBW and RTW are Windows programs, and these environment settings are
supposed to affect only DOS programs, they do have an effect on RBW and
RTW.

Where do you set BUFFER and FILES ?
In CONFIG.SYS ?

It would be interesting to get confirmation from RBTI that BUFFER/FILES
settings do have effect on RWB ....

Can thoses settings cause any troubles on others Windows programs running
on the same PC ?
