Thanks for all the advice from so many. I visited the prospective client today and it looks like I have the job. He let me copy his file onto my zip disk and I will be playing with it to determine what it will take me to do the job.   It seems everything was in the same directory, looks like programs and data files, so hopefully I will be able to run Fox to see the relationships, if not it sounds like Visio may do the trick.   I'll keep you posted in case anyone else runs across the same opportunity.   Bernie Lis Megabytes, Inc..
