Yes, both are on with our database.
   Sami had a good thought I never had to deal with yet though.. Our 
database is not heavily used... only 4 or 5 people are attached at a 
time,and not very  many transactions per hour, so probably most of the 
time, the indexes are already updated before a copy happens.
