I have run into the same problem when loading text data that I know does not exceed the length of the field. In looking at the loaded data, it did not seem like anything was truncated. I have never been able to figure out this message. You may want to review the data that was loaded and compare it to the original to verify that it was not truncated.

When reloading database, altering table & adding columns, get error message: "Work_Accomplished will be truncated....". Am assuming this note field is causing row to exceed 255kb? Or? Is there a way to select those rows by column WO where the note field Work_Accomplished exceeds a predetermined value, say > 100kb? Any advice greatly appreciated - thanks!
