Brad,

I recomend that you put your notes in another table.  You are probably 
exceeding the row size limit on some of those notes.  I would just make 
another table with your key to wo, work_accomplished, and maybe 
date/time/user stamps.  I make it a habit to keep the notes isolated from 
the rest of the data because when  notes are edited, and change length, 
sometimes R:base needs to move the row, and I have seen it corrupt the 
database.

To find all of the notes larger than 200 chars, do this:

select  * from wo where (slen(work_accomplished)) > 200
