I have win2000 software here for the server and
workstations. That is what I am going to stick with for a few years.
My NT4 setup (by adhering to MS procedures and recommendations has been rock
solid since installation). I have done only a couple of upgrades at
customers to Win2000 server. So far, I think ADSI is a pain in the ass for
a small workgroup (It only is a problem when software is installed that doesn't
recognize the multiple profile possibility and therefore has to be installed in
a local context on the workstations, negating the permission hierarchy of the
Win2000 ADSI) and I don't think I am going to implement it in my own setup,
unless I am forced because of Exchange Server...
