Steve,
Open a MS-DOS command prompt and do a DIR in the directory your
file are stored.   The DIR command will give you the 8.3 file
name usually something like LONGFI~1.rmd for LONGFILENAME.RMD.
Use the 8.3 format as Rbase seems in some cases to have problems
with long file names.
