There's no capture box in Win 2K (or if there is, I can't find it). LPT1: is a built in device in DOS, you shouldn't need to capture it, should you? I did check to make sure my output wasn't going into a file, and it isn't -- there are no files starting with lpt1 on the system. -- Larry
