Larry,
Anything in the Event Viewer that would give you a clue?  There might be
something under the system log even though you're not getting an obvious
error message after typing a command.

Doesn't work.  I'm already pretty sure that, for some reason, DOS has
stopped communicating properly with
LPT1: (also the PRN: device).  I just can't figure out why, or how to
fix it.
