Gunnar, Here's how: Take a look at the "DBGridWithPickList" form included with the Running R:BASE Your Way! (Part 10). Database: RRBYW10 Form: DBGridWithPickList Associated Table: Employee Form Designer | DB Grid Control | Object Properties | Columns | EmpState | Column Properties | Predefined Values You may also define a lookup expression using the [Expression] option of the DB Grid Column Properties.
