Legolas was designed as a cross-specific (cyclocross racing) frame. It has (IIRC) the lightest tubeset of any model and is made in very small batches. The only ones I tend to see regularly are Mark A's and Keven's at SF Bay Area cross races, and they tend to zip past fairly quickly. Another I saw recently up in Santa Rosa got added to the Cross Bike Gallery here - http://www.cyclofiend.com/cx/2009/cx049-maxie0309.html This is one of the first ones I saw photos of in 10/06 - http://ramblings.cyclofiend.com/?p=68 There's also Veronica's, which is set up for longer distance riding - http://tandemhearts.com/coppermine/displayimage.php?pos=-499 I didn't realize it wasn't showing up on the "Bike Models" page on the Rivbike.com site - I'll have to cobble a page together for it. - Jim -- Jim Edgar [email protected] Cyclofiend Bicycle Photo Galleries - http://www.cyclofiend.com Current Classics - Cross Bikes Singlespeed - Working Bikes "Whatever you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it."
